The Development Review Section manages the development review process for the City.  Staff in this section review development projects, including residential and non-residential site plans and subdivisions of all sizes, to insure compliance with requirements of the City's Land Development Code. Current planning staff process requests for rezonings, special use permits, variances and subdivision approval.  This staff also makes recommendations to development-related boards such as the City Council, Planning Commission, Board of Adjustment, Subdivision Review Board and Technical Review Committee.
