GTV8 is the City of Wilmington's Government Access cable channel, available to subscribers of basic cable on the TimeWarner system in New Hanover County. Our goal is to provide pertinent and accurate information about City Government to the citizens of Wilmington. GTV8 is a section of the Communications Division of the City Manager's Office, located in historic City Hall, 102 North 3rd street, downtown Wilmington.

GTV8 Schedule
City Council meetings are broadcast live and replayed at 10 am and 8 pm the Wednesday and Thursday following the meeting. It is also replayed at 10 am on the Friday following the meeting. The meeting is also replayed at 11:30 pm Monday through Thursday, the week following the Council meeting.

Planning Commission meetings are broadcast live and replayed the following Friday at 8:00 pm and at 10:05 am and 8:05 pm the Saturday and Sunday following the meeting.

This Week from City Hall is produced the Friday after every City Council Meeting. Host Dylan Lee reviews items of interest from the week's meeting, highlights other City activities, and previews upcoming events. This program airs twice daily on GTV8 at 10 am and 8 pm until the next Council meeting.
